📌 1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement" or "these Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and cp333 (the "Platform", "Operator", or "we/us/our"). 8.2 Self-Exclusion

9.3 Maximum Liability Cap

Where cp333 is found liable for direct losses under any circumstances, the maximum aggregate liability of cp333 to any individual player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their cp333 account in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10.2 Entire Agreement
